16 year-old Kenny Forrest recently started working part time for a local doctor, Dr. Russel Mouser. Having virtually no life except for a friend by the name of Kyle, he finds refuge in his new job.

However, his life is changed when 15 year old Kuru is put into the charge of Dr. Mouser. Both blind and deaf, Dr. Mouser performs an un-approved, yet-to-be legal, but revolutionary surgery on the young girl, restoring both her vision and hearing.

Suddenly pulled into the world she's never seen or heard, the girl clings to Kenny, as she literally starts from scratch. With the girl starting to grow on him, Kenny starts to realize that maybe she's not the only one that can start over...

With Dr. Mouser trying to avoid the legal reprocussions of his surgery, and Kuru suddenly the target of a moral mayhem; can Kenny put his life back on track, and manage his love for this girl?

Free From the Darkness launches

This is the comic I was working on prior to WWIII: Last Testament. It is a break from the serious nature of my other comic.

I've completed the first chapter of this, and began to work on the second, however I stopped to work on my greater idea for the WWIII: Last Testament comic. I'll upload this comic and get people's opinions on this, and see if it's worth continuing.

The character's names had to undergo a drastic change, as all of them originally had japanese names, even though the setting didn't differentiate at all from a North American setting. On the user-end, this isn't noticeable, but i've come to understand the importance of these kinds of things.

the pages will be steadily uploaded as i find time.
